Q: What do you use for delivery?
A: We will use PosLaju / other courier to delivery your item around East + West Malaysia. If you need international delivery, please inform us earlier.

Q: The power of your powerbank can charge my XX (phone model) phone?
A: Yes, Compatible with all mobile phones, you may look on your mobile phone connectors, should all 5V input voltage, so mobile 5V voltage on the power supply can charge all mobile phones, including your XX phone. If you cannot find your phone suitable connectors, you can use your own cable and use the USB port to charge, as long as the display is charging, our mobile power can charge your XX phone.

Q: Can this power bank charge my laptop?
A: Cannot. Reason: Laptop require 20V voltage. This universal power bank is mainly used in mobile phones, MP3, MP4, camera, DV, camcorder, tablet computers, navigation systems, routers, MODEM, the camera, the GPS, digital addition to the laptop outside as long as the input voltage of 5V-8V in between.

Q: Will the Power bank cause damage to my phone?
A: Absolutely not, specific issues reference to the above content 5V voltage input, plugged into the computer's USB port charging properties. Those Power Bank in the market which will cause damage to your phone or pad is refer to 1. fake, 2. not genuine, 3. supplier who use cheap plug battery for their power bank, 4. not meet the maH (eg. 50,000 maH, but actually maybe just 7,200 maH). 

Q: How is your PowerBank quality?
A: I'm sorry that I cannot answer, What I can say is we guarantee they are very good in quality.

Q: Your Power Bank and other brand power bank which is better? Your capacity are same and your price is much cheaper.
A: This question is hardly to answer, depend on your choice, you are a consumer, buy it for your own use and give us your feedback. (Of course I would say the same capacity, you should buy the lowest price and quality product. Well, What I can say is other sellers are making higher profit than us!)
